- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please follow the same procedure as a return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
For exchange, items will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date exchange approved
5. Return Shipping

Products can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

- Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. If payment was made using a credit card or debit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
